Physical Health:

Physical Health is very important as we have to do work and if we become ill then we can’t do anything.

So, it becomes clear that physical Health has a lot of importance.

Mental Health

On the other hand if our mental health is disturbed then it affects our life too. Mental health is very important. If we are caught in mental sickness then we become depressed and this depression will destroy us.

Spiritual Health

Spiritual Health is that type of health in which we are spirituality healthy and live according to God’s will. Do you know what spiritual sickness is? If we start to live life according to our desires and neglect God’s orders then we’ll become sick. A person’s spiritual Health is connected with God. So to live Spiritually healthy it is important that we start to live according to God’s will.

Getting Health by God

we come to know about types of health and its importance. Now we will discuss how we can get this health. So firstly Health is a God’s gift. He provided us with health without any fees. 

But somehow if we ruin our health then how can we regain it? To get healthy again we should pray to God with full faith. Our faith and trust in God will heal us and grant us eternal peace and health. 

So, if we face any kind of distress, sickness and pain (it may be physical, mental and spiritual) we should always pray from God because only God has the power to heal us and to provide health.
